Summary
The invoice generator runs entirely in your web browser. The business details, client details, line items, amounts and notes you type into the form are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to a server operated by this website.
Invoice Data
All invoice content — including names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, tax numbers, line item descriptions, quantities, prices, tax rates and notes — is used only to render the invoice preview and to generate the printable output. This information is held in your browser's memory while the page is open. It is not logged, stored on a server, or shared with any third party by this website.
Browser Storage
The site uses your browser's localStorage for a single optional feature:
- Currency preference. The currency you select in the dropdown is saved locally so it can be restored on your next visit.
You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Nothing in local storage is accessible to this website's server because there is no server component that receives it.
Clipboard
The site may use your browser's clipboard API for copy buttons. This happens only when you click a copy button, and the copied text comes from your own browser session.
Printing and PDFs
The "Save & Download PDF" button opens your browser's own print dialog. Whether you print the invoice or save it as a PDF, the resulting file is created by your browser on your device and is not transmitted to us.
No API, No Upload
There is no invoice generation API, no backend database and no upload endpoint. The generation of the invoice PDF, the calculations, the formatting and the local storage all happen locally in your browser.
Analytics, Cookies and Third Parties
This website does not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes, and it does not include third-party analytics scripts that profile you across sites. The only external resource loaded is the HTML2PDF library served from a public CDN, which is used to render the PDF. If advertising or analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
Hosting
The site files themselves are served by a web hosting provider. Like virtually all web servers, the hosting provider may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, user agent and request time) for security and operational purposes. These logs are managed by the hosting provider, not by the invoice generator application, and they do not contain the invoice content you type into the form.
Your Rights
Because the site does not collect or store your invoice data on a server, there is no central record to access, correct or delete. The data you entered is under your control and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data or by refreshing the page.
Changes to This Policy
If the way this site handles data changes, this policy will be updated and the change will be described here before the feature is enabled.
Contact
If you have questions about this policy, you can reach the site owner using the details on the contact page. Because no invoice data is stored by the application, we will not be able to retrieve any invoice you created.
