What This Site Does
This site provides a free invoice generator that runs entirely inside your web browser. You fill in a form, the invoice renders live beside it, and you print it or save it as a PDF using your browser's own print dialog. There is no account to create, no email to confirm, and no watermark on the finished document.
Why It Was Built
Most invoicing tools are designed for businesses that send hundreds of invoices a month. For a freelancer, a consultant or a small studio, that means a monthly subscription and a sign-up flow to produce a document that is essentially a table of numbers. This generator covers the common case: enter your details, add line items, apply tax, download as PDF. The supporting invoice tools handle numbering, due dates and tax arithmetic.
Privacy by Default
Your business name, client details, amounts and uploaded logo never leave your device. There is no backend that receives them, no database that stores them, and no analytics script watching what you type. The only thing the site writes to your browser is a currency preference stored locally in localStorage on your own machine.
Main Features
- Live invoice preview that updates as you type
- Unlimited line items with automatic quantity × price calculation
- Percentage tax and discount with correct calculation order
- Fifteen currencies with correct symbols and formatting
- Optional logo upload stored locally
- Print-ready output that removes the interface
- PDF download via your browser's native print
Browser-Based Functionality
Everything is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There is no framework, no build step and no server-side processing. Once the page has loaded it continues to work if your connection drops. If JavaScript is disabled the form will not function, but no data is collected in that case either.
Limitations
This is a document generator, not accounting software. It does not store a history of invoices, track payments, send reminders or file taxes. It also cannot guarantee that the invoice it produces satisfies the legal requirements of your jurisdiction. For anything tax-related, check your local rules or speak to an accountant.
